I was shopping around for a server host and started getting a little overwhelmed by all the options and prices. I ended up trying Nitrado, and the setup was straightforward, which was a relief because I just wanted to get everything running without a headache. After using it for a bit, I feel like the price is fair for what you get. It didn’t feel like I was being overcharged, especially compared to a few other services I looked at. Overall, it’s been a good value and I’m happy with it so far

My snap judgment is that it just works. My server has been up and steady, no random offline nonsense, and my friends were able to join whenever we wanted. Not much to complain about since the uptime has been good.

My server went down for a while, which was definitely annoying, especially when I was hoping to jump in and play. But to their credit, Nitrado kept giving updates instead of leaving everyone in the dark. I checked the status page a few times, and the messages were clear enough to know what was going on. It did take longer than I would’ve liked to get everything fixed, but I appreciated that they didn’t just go silent. I’d give them 4 stars overall because the communication was solid, even if I really wish the downtime had been shorter.

The server runs fine for a little while, but after a few hours it starts lagging badly, especially once a few players join. Restarting it does help, but only for a short time before the same issues come back. Support was decent and tried to help, but overall the performance just doesn’t feel "great" for what I’m paying. i’m a bit "disappointed".

I've been using nitrado.net for my server and the control panel is simple to figure out. I found the settings I needed fast, and restarting the server is easy enough too. No big headache or anything.

I was just trying to find a closer location, but the options were really limited, which was frustrating. On top of that, the constant pinging got annoying quickly. I also wasn’t sure what I was supposed to do next because the next steps weren’t very clear, so the whole experience felt more confusing than it needed to be.

I accidentally messed up some server settings and had to restore from a backup. It took a little time to come back, but everything restored fine and nothing seemed broken afterward. it was a big relief. Kind of reminded me why having backups in place matters so much, you don’t really appreciate them until they save you.

It took a little while to hear back, which was kind of annoying, but support replied the same day and literally read what I wrote instead of making me repeat everything. They got it fixed without me having to explain it 10 different times. Not perfect because of the wait, but overall it was good help.

I tried using the FTP feature earlier this week, and after spending a good amount of time messing with it, I couldn’t get any real use out of it. By the end of the day, it just felt totally useless for what I needed.

The resources are fair for the most part, and I haven’t had too many issues. That said, I do wish there was more RAM included. It kind of feels like they might be holding back a little there, because everything else seems reasonable.

I’ve used Nitrado a few times now, and the actual server has been fine once everything is set up. The annoying part is still the payment process. A couple of payment methods I usually rely on weren’t available, and the checkout felt more confusing than it needed to be.

Maybe they’re using some older payment system or have restrictions behind the scenes, I’m not sure, but it definitely feels clunkier than it should. Not a terrible experience overall, just frustrating when paying is supposed to be the easy part.
