10/5 love how good they are with customer service and more when their is a problem theyre quick to resolve it gotta love it same reason I keep buying servers cause I can trust yall and more when yall help hands down best customer service thank you.

Experienced some bad step lists and information regarding servers on your website, resolving in much time used to achieve what I wanted.

When that being said I am very happy with the service and guidance from your employee Adrian Ponce. Very determined to help me out and nice to communicate with. He helped me solve my «problems» and hopefully he will make sure i get refunded my credits on my account that went to no good use.

I had an issue becoming an admin on my scum game and first time i asked for help in support, i got very little. second time with Steven Bartak. he knew exactly what was going on with in 3 seconds and walked me through how to fix it. super awesome guy and glad i got him as my support agent.

steven bartak was very knowledgeable, gave me the fix for my game within a few minutes and even called the random stuck dino that had crashed the server.

I purchased an arma 3 server from Nitrado, it worked fine for about 3 days, then was impossible to connect to for a week. I made multiple tickets for support, but all they did was change the server location and the issue persisted, so i asked for a refund, it took 3 DAYS for a response, by then it was past the full refund date. Stay tf away

I have used Nitrado for 3 Years to host my ARK cluster. We have 900 members. The support from their support team can be very hit and miss, if you get a good agent, you get great support and vice versa. They offer stable services but lately the price increases has made them less competitive with other companies who have better support and provide an equal quality of server.

Terrible server quality for the expensive costs. The platform is a buggy steaming pile of horse-radish. The user interface is convoluted, some of the features are bugged and don't properly work. Navigating to the right page is just a pain sometimes. Donation feature is a hit or miss. Tried sending a friend some balance and it ended up charging my account instead when I clearly used the donate feature to enter his name, the amount, and then charge my card. But nope! Trying to get ahold of customer support to help resolve this is like trying to get a stick out of your $#*! without using your hands and feet.

Nitrado is extremely problematic, horrible service and even worse customer service. Of course if you are on xbox and looking to do custom server you have no choice. When a company like nitrado is the only place you can go they have a license to give rotten service and even steal your money legally.

I have ordered services through this company many many times in the past. I always find my way back to them. They in my opinion are the best at simplifying the Ark server settings. Their customer service is always very helpful if I have any issues and are always super quick are replying. A++ Would and have recommended

I've used Nitrado for 1 months and 15 days.In that time I have experienced 3 major outages on Nitrado's part and dozens of small ones.

There is no proper way to contact Nitrado. When you try, you are put into a feedback loop of FAQ and email chat THAT ARE NOT ANSWERED

I have 2 friends we all work different schedules and only get a little bit a time to play together. I went through the trouble of purchasing a server, thinking we could have some adventures. But because of all the outages we've barely gotten to do anything.
